Does it use market prices?
No. It only uses the sales and stock data you paste in. It does not connect to TCGplayer, eBay, Whatnot or your till.
Do I need Excel?
No, it's a Google Sheet. You need a free Google account to make a copy.
Do you see my data?
No. Your copy lives in your Google Drive. Nothing you paste in is sent to us.
Are the fees built in?
It comes with example fee rates that you replace with the rates on your own statements.
What if I don't have much data?
Bands with fewer than 5 sales (you can change this) show "Too few sales" instead of a rate.
Is this financial advice?
No. It's a calculator and a set of prompts, not tax, accounting or financial advice.

How is it different from the Finance Back Office?
The kit is do it yourself, for buying and stock. The Finance Back Office is done with you: a full P&L, sales tax and 1099-K check.
