These draft terms describe the Finance Back Office on thelabtcg.com, offered by The Lab TCG to card shops and live sellers in the United States.
What you are buying
The Finance Audit is a one-off report. The price is $999.
The Monthly Finance Pack is an ongoing report. The price is $100/month. Each pack includes:
- A profit and loss
- Inventory valued at market price, from your own valuation or your TCGplayer export
- Margin by channel across TCGplayer, eBay, Whatnot and in-store
- A US sales tax check
The Finance Audit is those same four parts, once, for the exports you send.
We do not do your books. We make your numbers make sense. This service is not bookkeeping. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. The sales tax check does not file a return and does not tell you what you owe.
Who can buy
US clients only, at launch. If you do not operate in the United States, this offer is not open to you yet.
How it works
You pay, you book a kickoff call, you send the exports, and you receive the audit. The monthly pack repeats the report each month you stay on it.
Exports we ask for: a TCGplayer sales export, a TCGplayer inventory export, an eBay orders report, Whatnot sales, an in-store POS export, and bank statements. Send only what you have. A missing export means that part of the report is thinner, and we will say so.
Data use
Your data may be used, anonymised and aggregated with at least 10 other shops, to build benchmarks that we may sell or license. Your own figures, name and customer details are never sold.

Payment

You pay through Stripe. The Lab TCG does not store your card number. After payment, Stripe sends you to the thank-you page. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment.
The sales page asks you to agree to these terms, including the data-use clause, before those checkout links.
Stopping the monthly pack
Email thelabtcg+support@gmail.com and ask to stop. How the final month is billed will be stated in the terms that replace this draft.
